Our recent stay at Mcm Elegante Hotel & Suites was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Texas Tech campus. The shuttle drivers were friendly and willing to take us wherever we needed to go. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel staff was super friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was worth its 3 stars. Friendly personnel, very clean rooms, Awesome location. Don't forget to visit nearby Lee's Cafe, they have best coffee ever.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel is functional and comfortable. The restaurant food was surprisingly tasty. The location is great if visiting Tech. The manager provided free drinks when our delivery was missing items.

Very clean room
We didnt have a refrigerator with our room. I asked the guest rep and he stated that we should request one with the room. I would think a better idea would be to ask us on arrival if we would prefer a room with a refrigerator. Thought it was very odd, but still a nice room and location.

This hotel was conveniently located close to everything in this city. It was within walking distance to the restaurant, and I loved being able to enjoy breakfast foods in the restaurant around 4. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful.

The hotel offered a great pool experience and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a Walmart close by. One advantage I enjoyed was having a restaurant and bar on-site, making it very convenient to grab a meal and relax.
I found the food in the restaurant to be just okay. Some members of our group had issues with their meals, but the staff did their best to resolve the situation.

I had a great time during my city break at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with a Walmart nearby for any necessities. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the facilities were pretty clean. I especially enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the free breakfast and lunch buffets offered by the restaurant.
There were a few aspects that I didn't like about this hotel. Firstly, the bathroom was in need of an upgrade and a deep clean.
